As a Corporate Recruiter at SurePay, you’ll contribute directly to our ambitious growth plans. We’re a group of passionate and determined people, all with the common goal of making sure that SurePay scales up successfully in Europe. 

Our HR & Recruitment team is now three people strong with a HR Manager, a Corporate Recruiter and an Office & HR Employee. With big plans for the coming year, we’re now looking for another Corporate Recruiter to join us and help to further strengthen and professionalize our department. 


Your job at SurePay

Currently SurePay has around 80 employees which consist of both internal and external colleagues. We have no plans of stopping there and would like to welcome many more teammates to join us on this journey. 

With the expansion of SurePay products into new markets comes the need for more employees to help us get there. As we plan to grow fast, we’re now actively looking for our second recruitment colleague to join the team. If you already have some experience and are looking to expand your knowledge in a fast growing, purpose-driven company, this is your opportunity!

As our new Corporate Recruiter, you will play an active part in all of our recruitment activities. It’s a varied role where there is lots to be done! From a candidate perspective you’ll take care of inbound applicants and guide them through the process as well as actively sourcing for open vacancies and collaborating with agencies when needed. You’re the first point of contact for our candidates when you screen them and also the one who delivers the good news when there is an offer to be made. 

You’ll also be involved in writing vacancy texts and publishing them on our website, declining unsuitable applicants, scheduling and coordinating interviews. You have an interest in stakeholder management – keeping them involved and up to date on processes and pipelines, collaborating with them to draft new vacancies and discussing feedback with them regularly. 

As we’re a growing company, there is always room for your own professional and personal development too. Another characteristic of our company being in the scale-up phase is that the environment is dynamic and you’re not afraid of wearing different hats from time to time!


Required skills

  • HBO level working and thinking
  • 1-2 years of recruitment experience (agency or internal)
  • Exposure to full cycle recruitment and ATS systems 
  • Experience with technical/software/IT terminology and recruitment is preferred
  • Fluency in English, other EU languages are a plus
  • You have strong persuasive, communication and people skills
  • High level of organization
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders of all levels
  • Ability to multitask

Your main tasks

  • End-to-end recruitment process management
  • Drafting and posting vacancies for our website and LinkedIn
  • Assessing CV’s and screening candidates
  • Inviting and declining applicants
  • Actively sourcing via channels such as LinkedIn
  • Being the point of contact for external recruitment agencies
  • Scheduling and coordination of interviews
  • Keeping our ATS system up to date
  • Building out ATS features and continual learning of the system
  • Communicating feedback and updates to candidates
  • Ad hoc recruitment and HR tasks

SurePay makes payment easier, more personal and even more secure.
